Culturally, the United States places great value on individual liberties, arguably more than any other nation on earth. This creates a natural tension between what may be beneficial for the general population and what may infringe on individual rights.  Working within a group designated by your professor, develop a consensus statement supporting or opposing one of the following issues:

Mandatory Vaccination

Define the societal benefit or burden and whether current practice is insufficient, about right, or overbearing. Remember this is not about individual opinions, all perspectives must be supported by appropriate scholarly research and consider opposing viewpoints.
The consensus statement should be 5-10 pages in length (body only, not counting the cover page, abstract, references, or any attachments) and conform to APA style.
