   C.    Using the assigned video, the textbook, and some of your own research, write a 5-paragraph paper (3 pages maximum; points will be deducted for not following instructions), including one paragraph answering each of the following questions:
   
   1.    How does our textbook define “grievance”?  What “grievance” is being expressed in the videos?  (3 points)
   
   2.    How does our textbook define “collective good”?  What “collective good” is being pursued in the videos?  (3 points)
   
   3.    Who are the movement’s participants in the videos?  Who is resisting?  Who is neutral? What is at stake for each?  (6 points)
   
   4.    What has the US federal government done in response to the grievance? You will need to do additional research.  (3 points)
   
   5.    What tactics have been used by those both for and against the movement?  You will need to do additional research. (4 points)
