Deliberative trait is very important and it fits in Crisp Recycling Company in that both workers and managers are involved in a deliberation process where they hold discussion on a particular actions. Organization members examine the issue together and exchanges information until they reach into an agreement (Kisling, 2007). For example, within this organization, workers and managers are allowed to introduce a new issue or an existing disturbing issue so that solutions can be made.

Futuristic personality trait fits in this organization given that leaders stay focused and foresees the future and predicts the organization opportunities. They fully understand the future from A-Z and they are able to use strategic ways such as changing behaviors, culture and more in order to achieve success (Kisling, 2007). They are interested in learning day by day and move outside the business environment to find new ideas which will help in reaching the future.
