The decision to have this facility was influenced by the increased number of emergency cases in the locality. The fact that the Amicus HomeCare is situated along the highway dictates the increased instances of emergencies resulting from accidents that the hospital responds to every day.  

Amicus appreciates the need to hire reliable, enough, and qualified personnel to enhance the attainment of the facility’s mission and vision statements. Human Resource plays an essential role in enabling a healthcare provider facility to offer quality health services to patients (Khatri et al., 2017). This consideration influenced the management team always to hire qualified and reliable personnel to ensure that there is the provision of quality healthcare services for clients visiting the hospital. The facility has a total of 45 employees specialized in various fields, including nursing, pharmacy, surgery, patient services assistants, doctors, and clinical assistants, among others. All the facility's personnel are expected to offer quality services in their areas of specialization to ensure that clients get the best services.  

The cooperation among senior and junior workers is associated with the success attained by the facility in rendering the services. Since its formation, Amicus always works towards ensuring that clients visiting the facility enjoy the best experience. I am one of the co-owners to the business and the decision to come up with the facility was dictated by the growing desire to provide healthcare services and save lives. Together with the other four co-owners, the personal challenge and wish to save life led to the development of this idea. We always operate in a manner aimed at ensuring that patients visiting the facility acquire quality health services.
