Step 1. Select a current events case, in the last ten years, to analyze in the American criminal justice system. The case must be one where a life sentence or death sentence was the outcome.

Step 2. Describe the details of the case, including the nature of the offense, background of the offender, and an analysis of each component in the criminal justice system: advantages/disadvantages of police procedures, details and/or issues with court proceedings, and whether the correctional sentence was appropriate based on the nature of the offense and background of the offender.  

Step 3. Conclude your paper by thoroughly analyzing the impact this case has had or will have on future criminal justice outcomes. Careful critical thinking is required here. Invest considerable effort in thinking about what you have learned over the course of the term in addressing this final aspect of the mission.

this will vary country to country.
b. Jim was able to convince Bob to merge their companies together, explain to Jim what three separate groups of professionals are recommended to
be consulted to assist him with this merger.
c. Explain to Jim and Bob what issues they will need to agree to when the two comes merge into one new company. For example, who will be the

3. (In case Jim cannot merge with someone) Jim soon realizes that none of his competitors want to merge with him but still facing stiff competition, so he
asks you to assist him in acquiring one of the competitors to give him a bigger advantage in the market.

The case analysis method is an excellent learning tool as well as an important assessment instrument. It helps develop your ability to synthesize textbook material and various situational factors. You are a sociologist, and you notice that the juveniles in your area are starting to cause legal problems and are beginning to overload the juvenile court system. There are several theories that explain why juveniles become delinquent. Some of the sociological theories include anomie, social disorganization, drift theory, and differential association theory.
