Importance of communication

Both part one and part two place great emphases on the importance of communication and the role it plays in the successful completion of projects. In both cases, there are people involved in accomplishing specific tasks and the progress of these tasks is affected by the way the parties communicate with one another. Even though the people expected to accomplish the tasks given to them talk of the importance of communication, it is only in part two that effective communication is implemented and its benefits reaped. In part one; even though the system engineers are aware of the benefits of communication, they do little to create lines of communication between them and their inquirers. As a result, they are tasked with duties that require more time, more cost and more manpower than they have available for the task. An example is the lack of communication between the commanding general and the team assigned the job of modifying the two aircrafts. The general failed to communicate with the team in time that they would be required to work on two extra planes. The team on the other hand failed to inform the general that the modifications required could not be accomplished in the time he had stipulated and as a result, the planes did not meet the required standards.

In part two however, there was good channels of communication between the engineers and the customers. The engineers were aware of how important communication was and the advantages it would present if well implemented. With this information, they took their time with the customers, going through the requirements of the projects so as to come up with an achievable plan. The system engineers make it clear to the customers what they would be able to achieve given the time, cost and manpower that was available. If the customer required more, they had to communicate with the engineers so as to come up with another strategy to ensure that the projects were accomplished to the customer’s satisfaction.

COMMUNICATION

Introduction

Communication refers to the act of conveying any intended information from one person to another or from one entity to another by the use of mutual signs and semiotic rules. Communication includes message configuration, encoding, and broadcast of the signal, reception of the message, decoding and the explanation of by the receiver. Communication management refers to a pre-determined and a systematic way of planning, implementing, monitoring and the revision of communication channels within the organization and between organizations (Smith & Mounter, 2008). This includes the directives connected within a network or a communication technology within an organization. To enhance communication there are strategies that have to be adopted within the organization and develop them both internally and externally to manage the flow of information. This may also include online communication within the facility.

Communication management plan and project management in an organization must be able to address several issues. This may include what type of information is required to stream in and out of the project. The project should also address who requests the information and what type of information they required. It should also address when the information is required and the layout in which the data is required. The plan should also be able to identify who is responsible for transmitting and providing the information that is required. If the plan of communication within the organization is enhanced there shall be a utilization of management information to facilitate efficiency and effectiveness within an organization (Smith & Mounter, 2008).

To begin with there should be weekly report method in an organization as one of the simple and popular communication methods. This requires every employee to make an email report on a weekly basis which includes information about their activities of the preceding week followed by the plans ahead of the coming week and any other relevant information. This should be done in length consideration. This will help the managers who are involved in reviewing each employee report by providing an overall summary that will be represented by the chief executive officer (Smith & Mounter, 2008). This makes the employees more serious in their work and makes them aware of what is expected of them. This type of report will enhance communication between the management level and the junior staff as there are ways of raising complaints to their seniors. This guarantees them that their concerns with be heard and there are expecting some actions to be taken. Eventually, at the end of it, employees will receive feedbacks of their reports from the management. This will make the employees more curious and ambitious to read the feedback hence enhancing communication (Bell & Smith, 2010).

Management communication style is considerable as an interest that a communicator may use such as interpersonal communication skills to be an effective manager. My overall management communication style can be used to develop and demonstrate a great relationship between the organization and employees satisfaction. The communication tendency of management is viewed as a combination of the organization leadership styles and decision-making style (Bell & Smith, 2010).

Directive style is a primary objective of communication. This is an immediate compliance from the employees. This style is used to tell employees what to do and how to do it without questioning. The style is used to control employees more closely and motivate when there are threats and discipline. The technique should be effective in any situation where there are any crisis or any deviation of risk (Lussier, R.2008). In order to make it effective, there are areas that I should improve on and address the problem head on. This is making sure that the employees are developed and there undergo training. In cases where there are over and highly skilled employees who may feel frustrated and resentful I should engage in micromanaging. Through this, my directive style will be better in the future.

Authoritative style which is visionary is another primary objective of my management style that provides long-term direction and vision for employees. This involves being a firm manager but one who is fair and just. This involves giving employees a clear direction in the organization operation to enhance effectiveness. Requesting feedbacks from employees on task performance and motivations of employees by persuasion are enhanced by my authoritative style. To make it effective there should be clear directions of operation and standards are needed (Bell & Smith, 2010). I also have to be credible in my work in order to gain employees loyalty. To make it even more effective even in the future there are areas that I should address such as the credibility issue. Being fair and just is not easy as a manager. Even though there needs to be some closeness with employees there should be that gap maintained between me and the employees in order to practice this fairly (Lussier, 2008).

Affiliative style also creates harmony and cohesion amongst managers and employees. This involves avoiding conflicts between managers and employees or amongst employees. Emphasizing on good personal relationships among employees enhances objectivity. Motivating people and keeping them happy make one an effective manager (Bell & Smith, 2010). To make it effective there should be task routine and performance adequacy. Counseling of employees and also helping them greatly enhances the style. To make this better now and in future, the issue of performance inadequacy should be addressed. To enhance this I also have to directional oriented to enable my capability to solve different crisis (Lussier, 2008).

Participative style helps in building commitment and consensus among employees. This is making employees know that they are an input in the organization. Motivating the employees by rewarding any team efforts enables employees to work together, gain experience and credibility and makes them more stable in the working environment (Lussier, 2008). To make this style better and effective I should be able to addresses employees coordination and enhance competency by close supervision.

Coaching style forms a long-term professional development among employees.  This will help and encourage employees to improve their performance and develop their strengths. This is achieved when the employees are motivated and when they seek development (Bell & Smith, 2010). To make this area better I should be able to increase my expertise in order to provide the right information. Enhancing my performance discrepancy will help me persist on the poor performer rather than making them exist the organization (Lussier, 2008).

Conclusion

To be an effective leader these styles should be used appropriately in order to have a positive impact on the employees. This can only be enhanced if the problems are addressed to solve the problem. Courage will greatly assist in the performance and the execution of this styles. The use of power in the right way will make a leader fair and just to the employees. This will greatly provide satisfaction to the manager, the employee and the organization as a whole.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS

Interpersonal refers to the occurrence or something involving several people. The interpersonal skills refer to the ability of an individual to get along with others. This is used on a day to day life situation through the interaction of an individual with others such as in a classroom. This skill is important not only at the workplace but also in personal and social life. A group consists of more than an individual. For communication to take place it has to be between two or more people. This happens when they exchange opinions, ideas or any information. This can happen in an area such as support groups for various victims (Marsen, 2006).

Organizational communication is a field of consideration, analysis, and criticism. This flow of information can either be formal or informal.  The main purpose of communication in an organization is to inform, persuade and promote the goodwill of the organization. Mass communication is the process in which people, persons or groups or organization sends a message to each other through the channels of communication such as television, social media, radio and print media. Cultural communication refers to the way communicate culturally. This communication happens between members of the community in exchanging any information. Cross-culture communication is challenging due to different culture rules. This is more challenging to multinational communication (Marsen, 2006).

These fields of communication are similar in a way that they all involve the exchange of information from an individual, group or organization to another. In the fields communication can either be formal or informal and all their information has an origin (Marsen, 2006). There are also some differences as some of the fields such as cultural communication take place in a certain culture. Some of the fields like mass communication can be used to spread information fast and to a large number of individuals and groups while culture and group communication may be relatively slower and limited.

Media Relations

Media relations refer to how organizations work with the media to inform the public about the organization’s goals and practices in a positive and a credible manner (Johnston, 2013). This means the coordination that exists between the organizations and the people responsible for producing news such as journalists. Organizations need to make a positive relationship with the media so as to maximize positive coverage in the media and offer information that is relevant to the audience (Johnston, 2013). Therefore the aim of this paper is to determine the impact of positive media relations with business organizations.

Positive relationship with media is important to any business organization because of the role media plays in promoting business activities. To begin with, media is used as a tool of communication within the organization, between the organization and other organizations, and between the organization and other stakeholders (Johnston, 2013). It is a channel of communication between the employers and the employees of the organization. Internal communication is important and a very complex process that requires a good relation with the media in order to control the inflow and the outflow of information in an organization. Hence media relations make it easier to coordinate activities in an organization. Therefore media relation if not handled with care can spoil the image of the organization since the information which would be concerning the organization can be leaked out through poor medium of communication (Johnston, 2013).

Media relations with the organization help the organization in handling crisis communication issues. In the past days, companies had poor order where if an employee does something stupid, a loss being realized or other major dilemmas in the organization, the information could be heard so rapidly and this could distort the company (Bland et al, 2005). This could happen as a blog post is either tweeted and later seen by a particular reporter who writes about the incidence and the information circulates a bigger coverage hence exposing a horrible picture about the organization. Therefore positive media relations help to minimize cases that the organization’s image is destroyed.

Media relations bring about higher credibility rather than paid advertising can do. This is due to the positive news coverage offered as a result of closeness with a particular news media (Bland et al, 2005). If a company has a good relation with a given news medium, it has an assurance that any information about it is protected and is produced in a right manner. This is because media has powers to release any information about the company.

It is also of great importance for an organization to have a positive dealing with a given media because there is a possibility having lower costs of coverage (Bland et al, 2005). And at lower costs, the organization is able to catch a wider audience at affordable costs hence promoting the organization’s operation.

By having a good relation with the media, it is possible for the latter to know much information concerning the organization for example who needs to know about the organization, what is transpiring within the organization at a given time, which information the organization needs to inform to the public and how to handle such information (Bland et al, 2005). Therefore this helps media to release the right information in a right time and with a right purpose as per the organization’s needs.

A good media relation builds a good and a dependable relationship between the organization and the media writing about it. Media relation creates a strong bond of dependency that may prevail for a long time and as the organization continues depending on that particular media, it is assured with honest information to be released which cannot cause any harm to the organization (Stanton, 2007).

Media relation also helps the organization carry out a thorough research on which media of communication is appropriate for its business. Through this research, the organization is able to identify the most effective medium and reporters to do the reporting. This is because not every media can perform the duty in a similar way (Stanton, 2007). Different media of communication perform their duty in a varying way and they all have different impacts. Therefore, strong media relation will help the organization stick on the best medium fit for its organizational needs.

Conclusion

Media relation is about the relationship between the organization and the media outlets. This works to build a strong rapport with media in communicating the organization’s goals, practices and newsworthy events. It is important for any organization to build a concrete relationship with the media. This is because of the significant positive impact that media relations have with the organizations especially business organizations one of which is control of inflow and outflow of information within the organization such that the organization’s information does not leak away unnecessarily. It is also a solution to crisis communication issues in an organization where a bad image of the organization can be controlled from reaching a wider audience. It increases credibility to an organization concerning the information being released and lastly an organization is assured of honesty due to a strong connection that it has with the media.

COMMUNICATION

Cultural communication refers to the way communicate culturally. This communication happens between members of the community in exchanging any information. Cross-culture communication is challenging due to different culture rules. This is more challenging to multinational communication (Michelle 2003). One of the greatest challenges in this type of communication is that we all have different expectations and fear of misunderstanding one another or even being judged by other people.  Culture therefore is one of the influences which influence the way people approach difficulties and the way they contribute in the community and in the groups.

Various communication styles

Different people in different cultures communicate differently. Language is one of the major aspects of communication style as different cultures uses different words and expressions differently. Non-verbal communication is valued and used differently by different cultures where different facial expressions, individual distance, gestures and even sense of time. Different norms among the varying cultures may lead to misunderstanding (Michelle 2003).

Different attitudes and approaches

Different cultures have different attitudes towards conflicts and disclosure with different approaches towards decision making techniques, completion of tasks and knowing. Misunderstanding and miscommunication in cultural communication occurs once people fail to learn and accept the diversity in the cultural set-up (Michelle 2003).

Respecting cultural diversity

For cultural communication to be effective, people ought to learn and appreciate other people’s culture. Knowing how differently communication skills are applied to different cultures reveals the deeper philosophies which create an image of the world and its provision. Communication with different people helps to enrich our lives and people are able to challenge one another hence they are able to improve our world and society.

Media influences and Crime

People have been involved in crimes and deviation despite the condition that it is always convicted by them. The content that it is displayed by the mass media shows how much there is an interest in crime by the mass sector.  In all the daily news, crime has become a talk of daily life.  The focus on crime is not a new appearance; the societies have been exposed to the topic. The growth and the advancement of the mass media and the different ways of reporting have soared with the gratification that they are able to see it brought in any way such as TV programs, Twitter and You Tube. This connection of the mass media and crime has raised the interest of many social researchers and has made them to question the attraction of the society with crime news as a way of entertaining them and giving them information although this is increasing the fear of the public.  Researchers have been studying the effects of the mass media for them to well understand its effects on the public.  Based on the research, the role that the media played as a publicity feature was brought under close survey (Gidden, Duneier & Appelbaum, 2003).

Many occurrences that happened globally motivated the researchers to study the topmost effects of the media.  For instance, a radio station in America caused much fear to the Americans who believed that they listened to the radio broadcast which was real report of an attack by the immigrants.  This caused the research on how the communication of information to the public through media caused direct effects to the public. The media influence theory on crimes was known as Magic Bullet Theory. It suggested that the media played a direct and supremacy role in influencing messages or portraits to the audience and having the authority to alternate or control opinions to the public. The theory lost its petition during the elections that were held in the 1940’s although the use of the media and many of the voters were not affected by the propaganda and it was recognized that many people were affected more than the others in their social groups slightly than the media. It was proofed that the media as an influence device did not affect every person in the same manner.  This caused the argument that people are social beings who have the liberty to make their decisions and responses based on the effects of socializing with others (Sotirovic, 2001).

This perspective also formed another theory known as two step flow typical. This approach stated that social connections regulate how people respond to the media.  Some persons were considered to be estimation leaders who trailed evidence given by the media and get all the information.  These leaders pass this information to others with their personal clarifications of the media presentations.  This theory stated that rather than have a direct effect on regulating the minds and the decisions of the public, the media instead affects how these decisions are formed and how information is given and is passed down the personal interpretations of certain individuals in the social networks (Sotirovic, 2001).

With advancing the technological devices and new forms of the media, research on the influences of the perspectives was done through psychologists in test center tryouts.  It was suggested that the future of the human manners was one of the topmost incentives in the modern society as people are affected by certain forces through their environments that play a role as an incentive. Based on the approach, it was noted that there was a connection between antisocial and violent behavior as a result of media contact. It was claimed that learning or getting information through the media leads to the demonstration of such behaviors. Psychological approach on the effects of the media on the public was not the only way of research on the connection between media and crime.  Another way was the connection between the media and crime that was from a sociological approach. The alternations in the society and the transformation from a rural condition to an urban and a more economized society is said to have instigated an intellect of chaos and chief to objective societies triggering to the deficiency of admiration for regulation and command as an outcome of the effects of the means (Weitzer & Kubrin,2004).

The connection of media and crime seems that the media and crime will be a topic that is continuing in future. Persons are given news information and make their opinions about the consumer products based on the information given through the mass media.  For instance, the mass media concentrates on the attention of specific matters, people for that fact that are affected by the essentiality of the matters on our program and consequently from our decisions on the matters and act consequently. As people, many people get their awareness about crime and the criminal fairness system through these distributions although its exactness has been the main concern for many individuals. The fact that crime has the possibility of being a TV topic, it is because it has negative sorts and values which are essential in the making of the news (Doyle, 2006).

            Music

Music education is highly acknowledged that when carried out in an effective strategy in class music has definitely most consequence in interesting the cerebral faculties of the individuals that are involved in the participations (Overy, 1998). As a result of the participation and the development of the mental faculty this improves the general work standard in the other departments. It is often claimed that the involvement in music activities can develop the mind through personal development and aesthetic development. Also music is claimed to be effective in brain improvement via the development of intellectual skills like logical reasoning and abstract thinking (Overy, 1998). If the human brain is hard-wired to respond to music, music education should be granted more prominence in public schools.

Music education is recently gaining an increasing popularity due to the idea that it is effective in developing intellectual skills (Overy, 1998).  One of the major reasons why music education is continuously gaining popularity is the fact that a growing number of studies have established links indication that music education can result in positive impacts on other academic achievements areas.  The idea that music education has an association in the development of intellectual skills has thus contributed to the growth music education popularity. For instance a recent study that was conducted in fifty primary schools lessons in Switzerland demonstrated that the involved children were capable of keeping up with peers in different school curriculum areas. The children were established to be performing a little better than their mates in reading skills and in languages. The theory that music education is effective in developing of intellectual skills through brain development was therefore strengthened by the capability of the students who were involved in music education performing better than their peers (Overy, 1998).

Recent studies have indicated that music education can result in particular development of cognitive abilities (Overy, 1998).  According to Hurwitz el al. (1975) first grade students who are involved in music education for more than seven months of Kodaly music perform much better on temporal and spatial tasks compared to the matched controls.  Piano instruction involvement in two years was established to be effective in improving quantitative, verbal and spatial abilities of children between ten and eleven years of age (Overy, 1998).

Music education is claimed to be more effective when the training begins at an early age,. Greater positive effects in the development of the brain have been established in children who started music training before the age of nine (Raucher, 1998).  Studies therefore suggest that the younger the training of instruments begins the greater the impact on cortical reorganization.  Early music training is found to be effective in   molding and shaping young individuals brains physically.  The participation in music is essential in contributing positively to human intelligence because of the spatial skills development. Music holds benefits to the development of intellectual skills that is utilized in transcending music by itself.  Therefore it is thus clear that music education is most likely to be associated with direct benefits of neurobiology. Since music education requires a lot of money from the parent to ensure that their children get the best from the instrumentation training it should be adopted in public primary school (Raucher, 1998). Additionally music education in primary schools will ensure that the benefits of music in brain development are reaped adequately. This is because music training has been established to be more beneficial when adopted at an early age. This will therefore ensure that the children develop their intellectual skills which will enhance their capabilities in other areas (Raucher, 1998).

Music education should be adopted in primary schools because the young brains have the capability of absorbing and making sense of the provided music because it is characterized with organized sound (Bushak, 2014). Music has the capability of influencing the brain t process information after identification due to its complex nature.  Despite the individual’s music preferences music in wholesome has a synchronized impact on individuals’ brain development.  The brain is capable of experiencing music in varying consistent across matters despite the individual’s listening idiosyncrasies. Music should thus be adopted in primary schools to help students in development of identical impacts as music is essential in activating regions of the brain which are involved in attention, memory, planning and movement (Bushak, 2014). This therefore implies that when the student’s are involved in music they are not processing sound but processing information. This therefore helps students in development of the brain which enables them to retain information for longer period. The repetitive and melodious nature of music help will ensure that primary school students are able to recall information through the attained skills without fail.  This will therefore improve the general performance in schools as well as in the outside world since individual’s capabilities will be enhanced (Mc Namee, 2014).

In conclusion, it is thus clear that music education results in brain development. Music is a language that is universal.  Music therefore helps in improving the brain centers that are utilized in language communication.  These areas are the posterior temporal superior gyros and frontal gyros of the brain inferior. Music has been established to be effective in creativity development. This is because the music flow helps the body of the involved individual to relax as the melody and the information repetition is being processed.  The brain thus corresponds upon its visual, language and coordination when responding and developing imagery creatively to music. Since music is essential in developing the brain memory and intellectual skills of individuals it should thus be adopted in primary schools. This will ensure that the brains of the young individuals are molded in order to achieve more in different areas.

Part B

Though the Chinese people have tried to assimilate the western communication style, there still exist a huge difference in the way they interact with their fellow countrymen, the western people and the world at large. The main function of Chinese style of communication is based maintaining their relationships with various individuals while adhering and putting more emphasis on status and role differences, with and ultimately aiming at preserving harmony within a group. Unlike the Western styles which may appear to be individualistic and hasty, the cultural norms in Chinese communication is geared toward serving a group. Thus, while communicating people express themselves through the way they relate to others, and thus feeling whole only if they can integrate with others and surroundings successfully. The communication style aim at strengthening bonds, creating and preserving harmony among family members, neighbours and co-workers. Their language and culture are closely interrelated (Sartor, 2014).

Part C

Communication between two parties in different countries involves cross-cultural communication since both individuals come from different background. When writing to a person from a different country, one should consider various factors that dictates whether the intended information transfer will be successful or not. The first consideration one should have is the language and non-language codes. Various countries have more than one dialect that are used nationally. The language code refers to various linguistic problems that include the context and semantics. It is necessary for the writer to have an understanding of the meaning and usage of words in order to avoid miscommunication with the receiver (Yue, 2012). Non-language code relates to a country’s culture and it supplement a language, thus helping effective cross-culture communication between various individuals. The other consideration is cultural beliefs and values. When addressing a person from a different country, the righter should consider that some communication styles are aimed at individualism while others are collective. While one culture may value individual autonomy and goals over the interests of a group, another culture upholds collectivism over personal need (Yue, 2012). The writer should observe such matters while addressing the receiver.

Guest speaker critique

Caesar Entertainment Company was originally established in 1937 in Reno Nevada and is among the top five greatest convention destinations in Las Vegas. This company is one of the revenue boosters as with the profit that they get from this industry, they are able to provide the state with revenue. According to Wade it is important to understand the organization structure so as to be able to understand how the information should flow following in a certain protocol. Planning is key essential component in any industry.

I have therefore learnt that it is important to understand how the organization is structured so as to be able to know to whom I should report to and who should as well report to me. A good organization structure enhances easy flow of information, allows better coordination and helps in solving problems within the company in the best way possible. Customer service is another core important component that enhances an industry to grow as the customers’ needs is well met thus encouraging them to come back and as well as refer other customers to the company. Different departments enhance division of labor among the employees hence the employees are able to specialize in their area of responsibility thus the customers are assured of getting quality services. Little things mater to most customers hence a company management should react positively towards the little mistakes that may occur within the day operations so as to ensure that customers are satisfied. It is always important that the company is able to get feedback from their customers during the event as well as after the event so as to ensure any correction requested is done and customers are satisfied during their visit in the company.

LANGUAGE AND SOCIETY

Language practices and socialization through the internet has facilitated my learning. I have been able to learn and achieve interactions with different native speakers. I have been able to enhance discursive manifestos of many languages. This has provided a platform for me to learn more. Through the internet, my whole perception of the language practices has changed changing my expectation through the genres of interaction. I have been able to enhance practices such as interpretative and disclosure analysis that I can use in my language. I have been able to achieve negotiation stances that have help in several language performances. Through the communication tool, I have been able to socialize well with the language because if the social practices available on the internet. The internet has been able to provide numerous opportunities such as the ability to observe established language practices. This has helped to choose patterns that can accommodate my linguistic ability and personal trait such as idiosyncratic features.

With the various languages practices methods, there is identification of unplanned discourse as well as planned discourse. Unplanned discourse is that type of discourse that does not have aforethought and lacks organizational preparations. The planned discourse is a type of discourse that has been thought out arranged prior to its expression. The language practice falls into either of the continuum due to the preposition of communicative information. This includes non-linguistic means of the information shared by the speakers and listeners. As there is no direct interaction between the reader and the writers of the language there tend to be syntactical of well -formed sentences as a way of avoiding communicative misunderstanding. In order to avoid this discourse, speakers prefer simpler sentences that are not too complex to convey meaningful information.

Communication and Information management

Information management is a viaduct between users and the technical executers and between aspiration and reality (Riungu, 2007). This is an office that ensures all communication channels within an organization are well planned, implemented, monitored and revised so that a systematic flow of information can cherish. As sub-committee 4 of the X University, we have done the giant part of the systematic process which is planning and implementation. The team under my leadership has done a recommendable job that is worth appreciation. In the sensitive areas of our focus that is communication, data collection reporting and accountability, we have realized mega achievements.

There are three dimensions that have been our guiding tool in making sure that the information flowage is successful. The first is the reliability of information such that students can count on us as the student’s board in presenting reliable information (Riungu, 2007). We have ensured that the information passed is valid with the assurance of it being first hand information. This means that rumors were not entertained and so our information’s reliability was assured. This played a big role in our efforts to educate the campus community on various issues that we needed to achieve as the committee.

Information availability and privacy have been also our focus point in ensuring that students get updated as soon as the information was communicated by the management. Availability was ensured through the well developed school website where everyone could access it at any time. We also have social sites such as FaceBook and Twitter among others which kept the students on toes with the recent updates.  The privacy was also catered for such that any confidential information was done through the appropriate channels (Tripathi, 2009). Our communications strategies have really built up the cohesion between students and the school management in a great way.

The other dimensions of data collection and reporting have got a long list of achievements. The committee had prefigured how important it is to collect data in the most efficient way. We have been able to purchase a CCTV camera that will keep watch over the campus compound all through for first hand information. The camera will help greatly in our strategy of ensuring safety to every student. This initiative will become our stepping in ensuring the success of all of our operational plans that will give birth to the 2019 vision. Other methods we have used to collect first hand data have been passing questionnaires, conducting interviews, and seeking from the other secondary sources such as the internet and books to ensure that the information we pass is reliable (Tripathi, 2009). Reporting on the other hand does hand in hand with the data collection (Riungu, 2007). We have bought three computers that will facilitate the collection reporting and storage of the collected data.

Accountability is a very special and essential tool when it comes to the concept of information privacy (Riungu, 2007). It gives technical mechanisms that are either ethical or legal in protecting the privacy, values and copyright in various dimensions we live. This has been our theme of the year such that every channel of communication gets in line with the legal and ethical standards that every student requires both in the campus and in the life afterwards (Tripathi, 2009). Accountability will guide our students to establish proper communication grounds in their workplaces as well as other areas they shall be required to participate. Our few though successful seminars we held have handled it all. All the discussed successes will be a guiding tool throughout the life for all our students.
